We have incorporated state of the art technology in quality control program. The entire process is carried out strictly as per quality standard. Appropriate statistical & modern testing facilities are the main ingredients of quality assurance department. The raw material is inspected for its dimension, composition & other mechanical properties. All the surface pickling operation and processed material is checked for surface finish before it is fed into draw bench. Our sophisticated laboratories are equipped with electronic microscope, micro hardness tester to name a few  for testing welding Integrity. Eddy current Test(NDT by TECHNOFOUR) done as per customer's specification and criticality of final part.

 

We are proud of our affiliation with Quality Austria and from 2018, we have been certified by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards.

Other mechanical test Viz tensile and elongation inspection along with hardness inspection is done in house. Dimension & visual inspection for thickness and Outer & inner diameter of product & surface finish inspection are done with calibrated OD/THICKNESS/ID micrometers and plug gauges. The final product after undergoing the above mentioned test with dedication & commitment to meet the customer's need & expectation are dispatched with adherence to the applicable tubing standard.
